1) What are your shipping charges?

  • Standard Express: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 7-10 days. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Express: In stock merchandise will be shipped via UPS Select (3 day service) or better.
  • Express Plus: Merchandise is shipped using UPS Blue service.

2) Where do you ship to?

We accept orders to be shipped anywhere in the United States or Canada. All transactions are conducted in US Dollars.

4) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, money orders or cashier's checks. All transactions are conducted in US Dollars. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.

5) Can I get a line of credit?

If you would like to have a credit account with ICP, please contact us for a Credit Application. Our payment terms are Net 30 days. We review our Accounts Receivable on a regular basis, and reserve the right to suspend credit arrangements when warranted.

6) How do you handle sales tax?

Internet retailers are generally required to collect taxes only where they have a physical selling presence. If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes.

The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) expired on November 1, 2003, and it is currently unclear when or if the ITFA will be extended by Congress.

ICP's current sales tax collection policy is to collect sales taxes only for shipments within the State of Minnesota.
